Dealing with Everton Mitchell was a pleasant experience. I originally traveled to Mills Motors from Quinte West as they had a more comprehensive line of trucks than our local dealers have. The biggest and only reason I am not giving the dealership a 5 star rating is their shwag display... The item I was most interested in, which was displayed, is a discontinued item and not available (if I want an identical one with a Chevy logo, it's available). As well their washroom, when my wife went to use it, was a mess.

A big shout out to Mills with our truck! Twice now they have gone above and beyound with their customer service. Fast, efficient service. Thank you to the service advisors and the mechanics. Nice to see this level of service these days.

Great people all around at Mills Motors. The help they provided to purchase my old truck for top dollar, to finding me my new truck with all the options I had hoped for. Brian, Don and the entire staff I dealt with at Mills were top notch! When my new truck arrived there was a small cosmetic issue that had obviously taken place during shipping. They ordered a new part and had it replaced within the first few days of me picking it up. If you’re looking for a new GMC or Buick, I would highly recommend Mills Motors.

Mills has ALWAYS ensured that my service needs are met. I’ve got complete confidence in their crew to work on my Nissan despite not being a Nissan dealer!

I came here today to leave a review for my Aunt Pat, who is a senior citizen that is probably the most particular and picky person about her vehicles! She will ONlY buy and have her service done from Cliff Mills, and more specifically have her service advising done with Jeremy Oliver! He is probably the most knowledgeable, but also patient and kind! Believe me, I know how my Aunt can be, and she doesn’t stop raving about how he treats her, and never makes her feel foolish for needing help! She always leaves completely confident in his work ...

I don't normally write reviews but sometimes when you get exceptional service, you have to give credit where credit is due! I called Mills Motors after feeling defeated having already spoken to 2 other mechanics. I happened to connect with service advisor Jeremy - as a female calling about my vehicle it can be demeaning and I was expecting the same attitude I'd gotten with my first calls! That did not happen at all - he was pleasant, courteous, and very patient with answering my questions. He actually listened to my concerns and offered helpful advice without being condescending ...

I have been a customer of Mills Motors for a number of years. I have purchased several vehicles from them and been dealing with the service department since I purchased my first vehicle with them. Kyle and the rest of the service team has always gone out of the way to make sure my issues are resolved in a timely manner and that I have been kept informed along the way. I would highly recommend them. The entire staff is friendly and courteous.

We are so happy with Mills Motors. Dave made our buying experience easy and seamless. Answered all our questions big or small, could text him any time of the day and would get back to us. Had a few things to be serviced after purchase and Ed and the service department went above and beyond. Have never been treated so well. I won't go anywhere else.

I have bought a handful of trucks at Mills and am always appreciative of the quality of service I get when maintenance and warranty issues need to be addressed.

Edit: Got a call from Mills this morning, apologizing for the poor experience and offering reimbursement. I am happy that they are looking out for their clients, it's nice to see in today's world. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Booked an oil change online, site said the cost was $65 and I had the option of adding on a health inspection which did not state a cost. All other options showed a cost so my assumption was that there was no cost for the inspection. Upon dropping off my car, I was given a document to sign ...

Good work but slow today down a few mechanics

I’ve been coming to the dealership for years. Bought two cars, from them and always had them serviced. High ratings for the sales team and Hana always found them super friendly and helpful. The lower rating is this year seems like some of the service slipped, had a terrible interaction with the chat team after trying to book online multiple times and not able to do.
