Mills Motors Collision Centre welcomes your visit on an appointment only basis. Just use the form below to let us know about you and your vehicle. Our Coordinator will reach out to you to confirm your date and time. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our Collision Centre at 905 723 2953.

When you arrive for your appointment: 

1. Please park your vehicle in a marked Collision Centre parking spot.

2. Call the Collision Centre at 905 723 2953 or enter at the Customer Entrance (red door) to let us know you've arrived;

3. A Collision Centre Appraiser will come out to assess your vehicle;

4. If you qualify for a rental vehicle per your insurance coverage agreement, we will arrange for the vehicle rental company to pick you up.

While your vehicle is with us for repair:

• Customers must empty their vehicle of all personal belongings.
• Mills Motors Collision Centre does not accept responsibility for theft or loss of your personal items.

When your vehicle is ready for pick-up:
No more lining up to pay!

You can now pay over a secure link for your insurance deductible or Collision repair work. You only need to let us know that's how you want to pay, and we will email or text you the secure link with your work order attached. When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, you need only get the key.
